Leaning on each other and drawing strength from our community is an asset during this time. For each full-course purchase, YD will donate $50 to to support COVID-19 relief efforts across Canada. These donations will be matched by the Gore Mutual Foundation to further the reach. CanadaHelps funds are split between healthcare/hospital and community care.

As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. In keeping with community-based social distancing measures, YD has made the decision to postpone all in-class and in-car training effective immediately across all locations. Our eLearning program (5h) is available for students who are interested in continuing their training during this time, as well as those who are interested in enrolling in the near future.

Defensive Driving Techniques Increase Confidence at our Grand Falls Windsor Driving School

Young Drivers of Canada has a philosophy when it comes to collisions, that accidents are predictable and preventable. What this translates to is that the majority of the consequences of any crash can be avoided, including fatalities, injuries and specifically, insurance claims. Young Drivers of Canada implements this strategy in their course curriculum by providing their Collisionfree!Ⓡ Approach to their driving program.

Through this approach Young Drivers of Canada teaches its students effective seeing habits and how to predict and avoid any potential hazards experienced on a day to day basis when driving. Students are put through situations that can be seen as high risk with their instructors and are taught to identify those risks. More importantly, correction and ultimately better driving skills incorporating the Collisionfree!Ⓡ principles are learned for application on the roads for a lifetime.

Young Drivers Grand Falls Windsor offers a state-of-the-art driving school experience

The Collisionfree!Ⓡ program is delivered through a variety of learning platforms including classroom instruction, one-on-one in-car and video instruction. This varied means of teaching students ensures that students are prepared and given the proper skills to stay CollisionFree!

Insurance discounts apply to YD graduates! When you complete our course, you will receive a Young Drivers certificate. Just take that to your insurance company and enjoy the benefits of having received a great driving education.

Do not stress out over road tests and winter driving. Warm up with lessons and prepare for that road test...or that cold weather!
