Refund Policy

**UPDATED MARCH 2020**

Hello, 

We hope you’re staying safe and healthy. As non-essential businesses are closed at this time, Young Drivers is suspending all refunds until non-essential businesses are allowed to re-open. While we are open, this is not business as usual. We’re grateful for your continued understanding and patience and will continue to update our customers about any other operational changes.

If you choose to still request a refund at this time, all requests will be noted and addressed when we resume full operations. Please note: all funds paid towards in-class and in-car lessons will not expire from the one-year date of purchase and will be extended from the date that regular business operations resume.

If you have purchased a full Young Drivers program and have not started, we are offering the in-class sessions online. This will allow you to start your program and be ready for in-car lessons when the government allows us to resume lessons. 

We thank you for business and look forward to resuming operations as soon as safely as possible.
